Il nostro impasto a lunga lievitazione, preparato quotidianamente in tutte le pizzerie, è ottenuto grazie a una miscela di grani con aggiunta di germe di grano selezionata dal Molino Colombo. Tutte le nostre pizze sono servite con basilico fresco e olio extravergine d’oliva del Frantoio Guglielmi. Le nostre pizze sono realizzate con ingredienti regionali di qualità provenienti da fornitori selezionati come Frantoio Guglielmi, Salumificio Villani, Salumificio Leoni, Caseificio Fior d’Agerola, Campania Felix, pomodori pelati selezionati La Carmela Fratelli D’Acunzi, D’Amico. Le nostre bruschette sono fatte con l’impasto della nostra pizza. Garantiamo la qualità, la genuinità e il sapore unico dei nostri piatti grazie al personale altamente qualificato del PIZZIUM LAB.
