Loyalty Program Regulations

PROMOTING COMPANY

This "PIZZIUM Lovers card" fidelity ("Card") is promoted by PIZZIUM S.p.A., with its registered office in Milan, Corso Garibaldi 71, VAT number 09695390964, registered with the Milan Companies Register. These regulations govern the terms and conditions for joining and participating in the loyalty program associated with the Card ("Program").

2. PROGRAM RECIPIENTS

2.1 All natural persons 16 years of age or older may participate in the Program. Legal persons or persons under the age of 16 are not allowed to use the Card. 2.2 Participation in the Program is free of charge. Activation of the Card is required and can take place at any of the participating PIZZIUM venues. Activation means the loading of the 1st point on the loyalty card, corresponding to a purchased pizza. Only from that moment will it be possible to start accumulating points and benefits present in the program. Activation can be simultaneous (same day) with the disbursement of the welcome prize or even with the first free pizza, if enough pizzas are loaded to enable its disbursement. 2.3 The Card is personal and non-transferable. Each customer may activate only one Card. The Card will be saved digitally in the customer's phone wallet and is tied to a user identified by email and phone number. 2.4 The loyalty program is valid only for purchases made with in-room service and take-out service, following the same terms and conditions as in these regulations. 2.5 In case of loss or problems with the Card, you can contact PIZZIUM customer service by email at. [email protected] for account recovery.

3. CARD ACTIVATION

3.1 Upon activation of the Card, the customer is entitled to a complimentary dessert. 3.2 The complimentary dessert will be a choice between 2 desserts on the pizzeria's menu, subject to availability. 3.3 Each Card entitles the holder to only one complimentary dessert. In the case of multiple diners, each can activate their own Card to receive a complimentary dessert. 3.4 Upon customer request, the dessert can be served split onto two plates.

4. POINT ACCRUAL METHODS

4.1 For each pizza purchased and properly registered, one point is credited to the Digital Card. 4.2 Points are credited only for the purchase of pizzas consumed on the premises or take-out. Pizzas ordered through delivery services are excluded from the count. 4.3 For every 10 pizzas ordered and properly registered, the 11th pizza will be offered for free. 4.4 The complimentary pizza can be freely chosen from the menu and includes up to 2 customizations, from the menu ingredients available in the pizzeria at the time of order. 4.5 The number of pizzas on the customer's receipt can be loaded onto an individual customer's Card. If multiple customers with different Cards wish to split the accumulated points, they must indicate the split at the time of purchase. 4.6 The allocation of the free pizza, to be deducted from the receipt, will be applied to the pizza with the highest cost among those ordered by the diners at the same table, provided that it has no more than two customizations.

5. FREE BIRTHDAY PIZZA

5.1 Starting on the customer's birthday and for the following 9 days, the customer is entitled to one free pizza of their choice from the menu, including 2 customizations, from the ingredients available at the pizzeria. 5.2 The promotion is valid for customers who present their properly activated Card. within the expected time frame. 5.3 Pizzium reserves the right to add new benefits in the future. The regulations will be updated from time to time to reflect the introduction of any new features.

6. PROGRAM VALIDITY AND EXPIRATION

6.1 The Program is valid for one year and renews automatically from year to year.
Any modifications, suspensions, or terminations of the Program will be communicated by PIZZIUM through official channels with adequate notice.
In case of termination of the Program, PIZZIUM reserves the right to determine the terms and conditions for the use or cancellation of accumulated points.

7. CHANGES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

7.1 PIZZIUM reserves the right to modify these regulations, with the sole obligation to communicate any changes to users within the terms of the law, ensuring that acquired rights are not infringed. 7.2 PIZZIUM is not liable for any technical issues related to the functioning of the digital Card or customers' mobile devices.

8. COMPLAINTS AND REPORTS

For any complaints regarding the Program, the user may contact PIZZIUM at the email address [email protected] within 30 days of accumulating points or discovering any issues.
