PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

The categories of personal data that Pizzium s.p.a. collects and processes when you browse Pizzium are as follows:

we collect personal data that you provide to us when you fill out one of the contact forms on our platforms;
we collect the personal data that you provide to us when you request a service offered on our platforms;
we collect the personal data that you provide to us when you sign up for our newsletter service and/or obtain the Mobile Wallet;
We collect your CV when you send it to us to be considered for a job application. PURPOSE OF USE OF PERSONAL DATA

Pizzium collects and processes your personal data for the following purposes:

prior to your express consent, management of your requests to Pizzium, using the personal data you provide to fulfill your requests for information and assistance;

Job applicationIf you send us your CV to be considered for a position, with your express consent, we will use the information contained in your CV solely for this purpose. Your CV will be kept for a maximum of twelve months, after which it will be deleted: if you wish, you can of course send us an updated version;
prior to your express consent, We may use the personal data you have provided to us for commercial communications about our products and services. to update you on news, our offers, promotions, and other communications regarding the company and its associated brands;
prior to your express consent, We may use your contacts for statistical research, opinion polls, and market research. for the purpose of improving our services, our products, our activities and our relationship with our users;
we process personal data related to your browsing such as the pages you visit and how you interact with each page, i.e., traffic, to the extent strictly necessary and proportionate to ensure the security of networks and information;

In relation to all the activities indicated above, we will process your personal data predominantly through IT and electronic tools, in full compliance with current regulations on the matter.

Geolocation

Among the services offered by the Platforms is the ability for the user to receive, only with their express consent, push notifications informing them that they are near a Pizzium establishment. These location data are not transmitted or made accessible outside of your mobile device by Pizzium. Pizzium therefore does not process this data.

Alternatively, Apple and/or Google systems, with your express authorization, process your location data to provide you with services (e.g., suggesting the nearest establishment to you). In any case, it remains possible to deny access to your location data through your device's settings.

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

We process your personal data only in the presence of one of the conditions provided for by current regulations, and specifically according to the following legal bases:

Providing your personal data for these activities is absolutely optional. You are free to provide us with your data or not for such purposes, but without it, Pizzium will not be able to carry out the activities referred to in points i., ii., iii., iv., v., vi.

Who handles the data

Your personal data will be processed by Pizzium's internal staff specifically trained and authorized for processing.

Your personal data will also potentially be transmitted to third parties that we engage to provide our services or carry out our activities; these parties have been adequately selected and offer suitable guarantees for compliance with personal data processing regulations. These parties have been appointed pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR by Pizzium, carry out their activities according to the instructions given by Pizzium and under its control.

The third parties in question belong to the following categories: banking institutions, internet service providers, companies specializing in IT and telecommunications services, couriers, marketing companies, and companies specializing in market research and data processing.

Your data may be transmitted to police forces and judicial and administrative authorities, in accordance with the law, for the investigation and prosecution of crimes, the prevention of and protection from threats to public safety, to allow Pizzium to ascertain, exercise, or defend a right in court, as well as for other reasons related to the protection of the rights and freedoms of others.

How long do we keep the data

In any case, for technical reasons, the cessation of processing and the consequent definitive deletion or irreversible anonymization of the related personal data will be final within thirty days from the above-indicated deadlines.

REVOCATION OF CONSENT, DATA ACCESS, AND OTHER RIGHTS

Access and modify your data: you have the right to access your personal data and to request that it be corrected, modified, or supplemented with other information. If you wish, we will provide you with a copy of the data we hold.
